With over 10 years of experience in property management, I founded PropCherry to provide property owners with the highest level of professional service in Bratislava.
As an Airbnb Superhost and experienced real estate professional, I understand both the challenges and opportunities in the short-term and long-term rental markets.
My mission is to make property management effortless for owners while delivering exceptional experiences for guests and tenants.

Tomáš — Founder & CEO
Leads strategy, pricing and owner relationships. As an Airbnb Superhost with 10 years of hands-on experience, he owns apartment onboarding, listing setup and service quality across the portfolio.
PropCherry operations team
Guest communication, cleaning coordination, minor maintenance and monthly owner reporting. Under Carefree Management the team also runs on-site operations and handles escalations.

The technology we use
PropCherry runs its operations on in-house short-term-rental software. It combines dynamic pricing, a multi-channel calendar (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo), automated guest messaging and monthly owner reporting.
The same software is available standalone to owners who want to self-manage — as the Software tier at EUR 49 / apartment / month.
